ELCA Benchmarks for Faith Formation Icons

When organizing resources for recommended practices for faith formation, the ELCA determined it would be helpful to have visual icons to represent each of the benchmarks for faith formation. I created these simplified illustrations with a cohesive color scheme and repetitive imagery to visually support the faith formation benchmarks inspired by Lydia’s narrative in the book of Acts. From left to right, the icons image the ELCA’s benchmarks for faith formation: Spiritual Practices, Respectful Relationships, Guided Learning, and Faith-filled Service.
